What messages may include
The KC Auto Repair messaging program may send recurring service-related and promotional text messages. Messages may include repair-status updates, appointment and pickup confirmations, maintenance reminders, review requests, and occasional promotional service offers.
How customers enroll
Initial enrollment occurs through a signed paper consent form presented in the shop. The form provides separate unchecked choices for recurring service-related texts and recurring promotional texts. The customer may select either choice, both choices, or neither, then signs and dates the form. This website does not provide online SMS enrollment.
After opting out, a customer who previously completed the signed paper consent form may reply START to the same KC Auto Repair text-message number to re-enroll in the same recurring service-related and promotional messages. KC Auto Repair then sends an immediate confirmation identifying the program, message frequency, message and data rate notice, HELP instructions, and STOP instructions. START is not an initial enrollment method for someone who has never completed the signed paper form.
