Program description
The KC Auto Repair messaging program sends recurring service-related and promotional text messages. Messages may include repair-status updates, appointment and pickup confirmations, maintenance reminders, review requests, and occasional promotional service offers.
Enrollment and consent
Initial enrollment occurs through a signed in-store paper consent form with separate unchecked choices for recurring service-related texts and recurring promotional texts. A customer may select either choice, both choices, or neither. By choosing to enroll, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the mobile number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, service, or transaction.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s message and data rates and other terms may apply.
STOP instructions
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you later re-enroll.
Re-enrollment after opt-out
A customer who previously completed the signed paper consent form and later opted out may reply START to the same KC Auto Repair text-message number to re-enroll in the same recurring service-related and promotional messages. KC Auto Repair then sends an immediate enrollment confirmation. START does not enroll a person who never completed the signed paper consent form.
